More of a suggestion
The bonchis come off their root wires and get rewired. Joseph the coleus gets his first.

The bonchis have had their day. Pedro is secure enough to come off his root wire, and has had a small prune and a rewire. He's heading for a cascade or a windswept shape. Chillies are hard to style, so we'll see what he agrees to.
Hamish is off his root wire too and well on his way to an upright. The wire up top has gone, as it isn't needed, and the branches have thicker wire, because they're tough and treat any change as more of a suggestion. I think there's an interesting nebari on the way as well, if I can keep him alive.
Joseph the coleus was the surprise: he took to wiring very well. The stems are soft and only really shape while young, so it was small changes only, but there are some interesting shapes for him to harden into. He's an experiment. The nearest name for the style is a clump.
All three have had their larger leaves nipped off and a light feed of seaweed extract: if I want a mini tree, I'll treat it like a tree. The wiring looks a little sloppy, which is down to inexperience and some very soft stems.
