Stonecrop (likely)

Sedum (species unconfirmed)

Low, spreading mat of tiny, plump, bright green leaves on trailing stems, topped with slate chippings. Most likely a creeping sedum such as Sedum album, but not confirmed.

Very easy: loves sun and hates sitting wet. Any bit that breaks off can be pushed into gritty compost and will root.
