Peace lily

Spathiphyllum

Kirsty's peace lily, given by a friend. Glossy lance-shaped leaves; white hood-like flowers appear when it's happy.

Droops dramatically when thirsty and perks up within hours of a drink. Prefers bright, indirect light and dislikes cold draughts.

Pale lime-green leaves, a few brown tips and one dead yellow leaf at the base. Remove the dead leaf; bright indirect light, and a weak feed once a month should green it up.
