Bombus terrestris (likely; the white-tailed is the lookalike)
A bumblebee on one of the dahlias, most likely a buff-tailed. Not to be confused with the chimney lot, who are honeybees and considerably better organised.
More to follow.
Bumblebees shake pollen loose by buzzing at the right pitch, which honeybees can't do. Tomatoes depend on it.
